I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to Stepp's Towing Service Inc. We are a family owned business and have been serving west central Florida for over 50 years. We are proud to be a drug-free and safe workplace. Currently we are operating over 100 units in west central Florida.
Our call center is manned 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. The dispatch staff is trained to recognize needs and solve problems, with an attitude of "no job too small, no problem too big." The call center dispatches in excess of 300 calls per day.
All of Stepp's drivers go through an intense training and background check. We pride ourselves on clean, courteous drivers who conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.
The management staff has a combined experience of 165 years in the towing industry. We have an on-call manager at all times to respond to any situation. Should there be a question or a problem that needs to be answered, we are only a phone call away.
Jim Stepp, the owner of the company, takes the towing business very seriously, but he takes just as seriously his commitment to the community, with donations to M.A.D.D, Hillsborough county schools, Hillsborough county fire dept. training center, and many others. The list of references such as F.B.I., D.E.A, H.C.S.O, H.C.F.D, N.F.L., NASCAR and many others, available upon request show us to be a trust worthy company. All of our customers either large or small are important to us. We take no one for granted.
The mission of Stepp's towing service is very simplistic in nature, to provide fast, and courteous service at an affordable price.
